Terms of Service

1. Social casino; eligibility

Pokinight is a social gaming service for entertainment only. No real-money gambling takes place, and nothing you win can be exchanged for money or prizes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The service is not available to residents of, or persons located in, the State of Washington. Do not use Pokinight where social casino games are not allowed.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Usernames must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.

3. Virtual coins

• Coins are a limited license to use virtual entertainment currency within the service.
• Coins have no monetary value and are not real money, cash, or a cash equivalent.
• Coins are not your property. You obtain no ownership or other property interest in coins.
• Coins are non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, sold, traded, or transferred to any other user or account.
• Coins are non-redeemable. They can never be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value.
• We may modify, limit, or reset coins and coin balances at any time, including to correct errors, for game balance, or when an account is suspended or closed, without liability to you.
• Coins may be granted to you free of charge at our discretion. If coin purchases are offered, they are final, except a full refund of a purchase processed by us at our discretion.

4. Fair play

Collusion, chip dumping, using multiple accounts, bots, or exploiting bugs is prohibited and may result in suspension and removal of coins. We review play for these patterns, and we may void a hand or reverse coin movements we believe resulted from cheating or a technical fault.

5. Conduct

Do not harass other players, attack or overload the service, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the service for anything unlawful.

6. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, or for any other reason, at any time. When an account is closed, its coins are forfeited. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. The service is provided as is

Pokinight is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. The service may be interrupted, changed, or ended at any time. If a hand is interrupted by a server restart, it is voided and the chips at the table are returned to the players’ balances.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokinight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of coins, data, or access arising from your use of the service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Pokinight after a change, you accept the updated terms.
